General Information and Travel Conditions
The following information forms part of the contract between the customer and AMR:
Booking
We recommend booking your shuttle transport in advance. Bookings are made online. Last-minute bookings are possible, provided we are not already fully booked.
Boarding
No boarding without a valid ticket. Passengers must follow the instructions of the driver. The ticket must be presented to the driver. Guests are requested to board only after their luggage has been stowed.
Luggage
No luggage is allowed on the bus except for handbags. Other luggage must be reported to the driver for stowing. We accept no liability for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and its contents.
Safety on the Bus
Passengers are required to fasten their seat belts. Standing is not permitted. If all seats are occupied, the bus will return within minutes to pick you up.
Cancellation/No-show
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
Value-Added Tax and Road Taxes
Prices include value-added tax (VAT) and all road taxes.
Currency Fluctuations, etc.
In the event of significant currency fluctuations, fuel price increases, or circumstances arising from force majeure, we reserve the right to adjust ticket prices.
Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (ID, passport) and complying with passport, visa, and customs regulations.
